How to Register for an Event

If you would like to attend any event, go to our website calendar and click on the event you would like to attend. When it opens, then click the respond button and enter your name and email address. You will immediately receive an email from chestnuts2020@gmail.com letting you know that you are registered. Or, if the event is fully subscribed and you would like to be placed on the event  wait list, follow the instructions and email the event coordinator and also copy chestnuts2020@gmail.com.

How to Cancel an Event

If you can no longer attend an event for which you have signed up, please cancel as follows below the 3 simple steps below. 

You are not able to cancel an event through a host or event organizer.

We understand that sometimes you must cancel, but please be mindful of your Chestnut friends and hosts who often have made

plans and food based on your RSVP. We ask that you try not to cancel within 24 hours of te event unless absolutely necessary,

  1. Find an email from “Chestnuts2020@gmail.com" with the subject "Confirmation".

  2. Scroll down to the "Event" heading and click on the URL address.

  3. Click "Respond", change your response from "Going" to "Can't Go."
